A New Cookie Recipe
While my sister was visiting, we made these wonderful Brown Butter Toasted Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies (say that ten times fast):
She took this lovely picture, while I obviously took the one of her. The cookies were quite the hit and we had a great time going around and distributing some to our neighbors. Hmm, maybe now you wish you lived next door or across the hall.
Personally, I would bake them for 10 minutes and take them off the pan right away after that. But that's just me; I like mine half-baked :)
