Complicated Bread Using a Starter

I'm not even going to try to post in here all the directions for making this bread, since someone else already did that here.

I will tell you that I made 1 cup of starter that worked just fine for the recipe.
1/2 tsp. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
3/4 c. flour

Let the yeast dissolve in the water for 5 min., then stir in the flour for 2 minutes. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and let it rise overnight in the fridge. Use it the next day and make sure that the water you use for the bread is warm since the starter is coming out of a cold fridge.
