Microwave cake

There was a day when I didn't have any baked desserts around, but wanted something sweet after dinner. I found this quick microwave cake recipe here and thought I would give it a shot.
The only difference was that I used white whole wheat flour in place of all-purpose and coconut oil instead of vegetable oil.
It was kind of shocking to see it pop out of the mug like this as it cooked. If I were to make it again, I think I would cook it less time because it was kind of dry. I ended up pouring a couple tablespoons of milk over it after it was done to make it more moist.
