Toads in a Hole

I wasn't sure what to call these, so I gave them the name Anthony had for them. Toads in a hole? Anyway, they're just eggs fried in the middle of a piece of toast. To make cutting the hole in the middle of the toast easy, I used a cookie cutter. Since the only cookie cutters I have that would fit in the middle of the toast were: a pine (Christmas) tree and an angel, we went with the tree - it seemed less Christmas-y. I suppose an angel would be appropriate for Easter, though, not just Christmas.
