Oven-roasted Brussels sprouts


Brussels sprouts are great, in my opinion...but only when they're fresh, not the frozen kind. Usually, we saute them with bread crumbs and Parmesan, but this time we tried roasting in the oven.

Slice the clean sprouts into circles from top to bottom and put them in a baking pan. Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper. Roast at 400F for around 30-35 minutes.
