Yukon Gold and White Bean Burgers


These turned out less firm than I expected, but still tasted good. Even Anthony was surprised to enjoy them.

If only I had thought to get pickles before I made them. But I did have some of my "Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day" dough in the fridge, so I made homemade bread buns!
