Another Strawberry Cake

This strawberry cake was even better than the last one! It is an upside down cake. I've always liked upside down pineapple cake, so why not try upside down cake with strawberries?

I found the recipe here and only changed it a bit - no cardamom because I didn't have any and a 10" cast iron skillet since I don't have a 9" cake pan. It was a good thing I used the skillet because look how full it got when the cake baked and grew:


It looked pretty amazing when it came out of the pan and tasted as good as it looked!
