Roasted Chickpeas
They look lovely, but they are almost as hard as rocks...
I coated them in a little olive oil + sugar + salt and baked at 375F for about 45 minutes. I read you were supposed to cook until they were hard in the middle. They kept being soft in the middle until 45 minutes, but then turned super hard as they cooled. So I'd suggest maybe only going 35 minutes!
