Healthy Chili and Bread


I decided to sneak in some extra nutrients to our chili this time, which Anthony was very skeptical about...until he tasted it. Amazingly, it was extremely good. I managed to add in local summer corn, butternut squash, tomatoes, and beets. Whoo!
So:
2 c. cooked black beans
1 c. other cooked beans
1 can chili beans
1 can tomato sauce
1.5 c. corn
3 c. diced tomatoes
2 c. pureed beets
1 c. pureed butternut squash
1 c. TVP
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
All in a crockpot on high all day.

Also, I like this pretty way of slashing bread.
