Olive Bread Attempt 1
Ever since my sister and I went on a trip to Providence, RI and Washington DC, I've been wanting to try to make my own olive bread that I had from a bakery in Providence. It was a nice crispy loaf with kalamata olives inside. So in my "Artisan Breads in 5 Minutes a Day" cookbook, I found an olive bread recipe and decided to try it out. I used the white bread dough, flattened it out, spread olives on top, then rolled it up and made it into a round loaf. It was a nice, tasty bread, but not quite what I was looking for. Hence, "attempt 1."

Also, European Peasant Bread in a fun shape:

I thought that if I put enough space between two small loaves on the pizza stone, they'd turn out fine. But...you can see what happened. Maybe it's a hot air balloon?
