European Peasant Bread - Two Ways
This also comes out of the "Artisan Breads in Five Minutes a Day" so I was able to make the dough ahead of time and put it into the fridge until I was ready to bake.
The first half of the dough, I made into loaves, which were wonderfully crusty. Apparently I didn't slash the one loaf correctly since it kind of bubbled up, but it tasted just great anyway.

The second half of the dough, I made into giant "family-sized" pita bread. This means that Anthony and I split one!

It was very tasty pita bread and look how much they poof up:
