Scones
Both of these scone recipes are from "The Joy of Cooking". This first one is the Oatmeal Scones with Raisins and uses butter:

The second one is the Classic Current Scones - cream variation and uses cream rather than butter:

I also used raisins instead of currents and added 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips. Oh, and I substituted 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour for some of the white flour.

Both of the recipes were really good, but I would probably make the oatmeal one more because I don't ever buy cream for anything except for making cheese, which I don't do very often.
