Potstickers
Chop up about half a cabbage (I used purple), 2 carrots, and a bunch of green onions in the food processor. Add:
tiny cubes of firm tofu (one package)
1 Tbs. ground ginger
2 Tbs. soy sauce
1 Tbs. sesame oil
and 2 Tbs. corn starch.
Mix all that together and put spoonfulls on the potsticker wrappers. Seal them together by putting a little water along the edge of the wrapper.
Brown one side of the potstickers with a little oil in a skillet, then add 1/3 cup of water, cover the skillet, and let them steam until the water is cooked off.
