Anthony's Birthday Dinner

For Anthony's birthday, we ate some special French dip sandwiches - made with grass-fed, free-range, local Michigan beef. And boy was it tasty! Anthony got the special plate since it was his birthday.


We also broiled broccoli, which is amazingly good. This involves cutting up the broccoli, putting it in a single layer in some sort of pan, sprinkling with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then putting it under the broiler on high (on the top rack of the oven) for about 5 minutes, stirring, then putting it back for another 5 minutes.
