Pi Day 2016

This year, I happened to be in the US with my parents for Pi Day.  Not only that, but Anthony was away so we could enjoy a cherry pie without disturbing him with the smells of baking fruit :)

I also made Pi cookies with the leftover pie crust dough.

This is the first time that I have made a pie with a lattice crust, so that was pretty exciting since it turned out well.

My dad also made spinach pie, which is pie even though it is not round!
