Coconut Oil Chocolate Chip Oat Bars

So, I bought a bunch of coconut oil for making soap and I still had some left after using up all my lye.  Therefore, I have been looking at different recipes for baking with coconut oil.  These oat bars made with coconut oil looked good so I made them. 

Well, I thought there were okay, not bad, but Anthony really enjoyed them.  Personally, I like things that are chewy, not as crisp as these were.  Now, the recipe does call for using chocolate chunks, which I didn't have, so I just used chocolate chips.  Additionally, since I don't know exactly how hot my oven is, I may have over-baked them a bit.  If you look at the pictures on the link, you'll see how much nicer they look than mine :)
