Egg Casserole

Again, here is a steamed meal recipe, slightly altered, compliments of Meg.
Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups water
2 tsp salt
1 Tbs sesame oil
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion

Whisk everything except the green onion together and put it in a pot that fits into a bigger pot containing about 3 inches of water. Cover the big pot and boil it for 10 minutes. Then put the green onion on top and continue boiling for another 20 minutes. Serve over rice with soy sauce. (Serves 2-3 people)

It was tasty, but could probably use more flavoring of some sort. As leftovers, Anthony tried it with Japanese seasonings on top and said it was better that way.
