Fancy Game Meat

When traveling to Kampala for work permit renewals much earlier this year, Anthony and I took the opportunity to go on a date at a fancy restaurant which serves game meat.  (Anthony has been longing to go to this restaurant and despite living in Uganda for almost 5 years, we never had yet...)

We each got a different dish and shared so both of us could try several different things.  All of them were great, but I liked the bles bok and ostrich best.  Anthony's favorite was crocodile.
