Cassava Chips and Salsa

Someone gave us fresh cassava a while ago and we enjoyed the fun treat of cassava chips (fries).  We boiled the cassava until it was soft, then fried the cooked cassava and sprinkled it with salt.  It went great with guacamole and tomatillo salsa.
