Pi Day Jam Hand Pies

Way back on March 14th, it was Pi Day.  Anthony and I had just gotten home from a trip to Kampala, but I still wanted to do something to celebrate.  I thought I would save the big round pie for later and just make these little ones.  With a butter pie crust, I rolled it out and cut circles with my 1-cup measuring cup.  Then, I put a spoonful of jam in the middle, folded it over and sealed it up.  Since it wasn't really fair to leave Anthony out, I made some with nutella too.
