Pudding Ice Cream

Since we can't get good ice cream in Soroti (not to mention the fact that our freezer is only a few inches high, so we can't fit much in there anyway), sometimes we make pudding, freeze it, and then kind of have ice cream.

Well, one time we just went crazy (we had company) so we crammed our little freezer full of different kinds of homemade "ice cream".  There was chocolate pudding, vanilla pudding, and strawberry yogurt.  Then, we topped it all off with bananas and chocolate sauce.  When you don't get good ice cream, this is pretty amazing.
