English Muffins

I really love English muffins.  I have made several different recipes of them over the years and this one turned out especially well.  They are nice to make with a gas oven because they don't need an oven - you bake them on the stove!

It's probably just because I cut these into circles, rather than into squares, like I usually do, that they seem more like "real" English muffins.  But I thought they turned out rather lovely.
