Another Baked Doughnut


After enjoying baked pumpkin doughnuts so much, I tried out another recipe with glaze (instead of dipping in butter and sugar/cinnamon). These doughnuts are also good, but they are not quite as doughnut-like as the pumpkin ones.  They tasted more like a muffin.

As a glaze, I did not use the one in the link.  Instead, I mixed together about a cup of powdered sugar with enough milk to make frosting of a thin enough consistency to pour over the doughnuts.
