Refrigerator Pickles

Since we have such an abundance of vegetables in general, I've been doing lots of freezing of things. But can you freeze cucumber? Not really. I thought I would try out some refrigerator pickles since I've never done that before. So I bought a packet from the store which is everything you need, other than water and vinegar. I followed the directions and now have a few jars of homemade dill pickles in my fridge!


Obviously I didn't have a lot of jars to choose from...
