Random baked goods

First, some semolina bread - this is, of course, from "Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day" and it is made from semolina flour. Semolina is wheat flour that is usually what your pasta is made from. But it turned out some great bread too!


Chocolate Cherry Vegan Cookies from here. Leah and I made them together when she visited. They were good, but I was a little disappointed that the cherry flavor was not more obvious than it was. Mostly they tasted like chocolate cookies.


Cookies made from leftover crisp topping. Leah and also I made strawberry crisp and we had way more topping than could fit into the pan without it overflowing. So we added an egg and chocolate chips and made the leftovers into soft oatmeal cookies.
