Oliebollen
For all you Dutch people out there and friends of Dutch people, I have learned how to make some Dutch food. Anne taught me to make oliebollen and they were very tasty. Like little doughnuts with raisins in them.

2 cups (lukewarm) milk
1 cup sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. yeast (dissolve in some of the warm milk)
5 cups flour
raisins and/or chopped apple (coated in some of the flour)
Mix milk, sugar, eggs, and salt. Then add the dissolved yeast and finally the flour, one cup at a time. Once it is mixed together, let it rise until double, about an hour, then deep fry Tablespoons of it in hot oil (about 350F).
