Onion Tart

I have taken all the time at home to try out some new recipes I've been thinking about but not having the opportunity to make.  This one was a lot of work, but well worth it.  I used a homemade sourdough pie crust since I can't just go out and buy puff pastry here.  You can find the pie crust recipe here.

It was really good, though a lot of work on so many onions.  There were a lot of tears while cutting them...
