Mango Tart

Sometimes I bake things just because they look cool.  But it also helped that I had an overabundant supply of fresh mangoes (about 6 months ago) from the three mango trees in our yard... I found this recipe online and it was so beautiful that I had to try it.  I wasn't disappointed.  The taste was also great, though it was a bit tricky to cut into nice slices.
