Christmas Tree Breadsticks
Now that Christmas is a month ago...
Anthony challenged me to make this recipe in Uganda and when, to our surprise, we discovered authentic cream cheese in Kampala, I thought I'd take him up on the challenge. Yeah, we used collard greens instead of spinach and of course homemade pizza dough, but that only made it healthier I'm sure!
It was a pretty exciting treat and helped put us in the Christmas spirit on a sunny, 95 degree day.
