Banana Passionfruit Straight from the Garden

I planted a banana passionfruit seedling in my garden almost a year and a half ago and was finally able to enjoy the first fruits, just before we move to Uganda... But at least I got something out of it.  It's looking super prolific (I counted more than 30 flowers on the plant just yesterday), so bummer that I have to leave it behind.  But maybe I can plant some of the seeds once we get to Uganda.

Why is it called a "banana" passionfruit?  Because:

But inside, it's just like a regular passionfruit, except with more fruit and thinner skin.  I think it's maybe a bit less juicy than other types of passionfruit, but I like how much less waste there is.
