Nasturtium Salad

This is a super easy, beautiful salad that's fun to make if you're growing nasturtiums.  The great thing about nasturtiums is that they're pretty prolific, so you probably don't need to worry about killing them off by making a salad.  You can find instructions on my sister's blog for the salad.  I more or less did what she did, with the things I had (no sunflower seeds, so pepitas instead).  Also, this picture is before I added the dates on my half of the salad.
