Birthday Lemon Tart

At this point, my birthday has well passed by, but I did make myself a pretty great dessert!  I was really wanting a tart after watching people making all kinds of great tarts in the British Bake Off.  So I felt the need to search online for some of the recipes from the show.  I ended up finding one, not from the show, but from Mary Berry here, which included ingredients I would be able to access here.  The cream I got from the store was a little weird and clumpy, but it appeared to still work.  Believe it or not, I actually followed this recipe exactly!

It was an especially special birthday treat because there was no one else around who eats lemon things so I got to eat the whole thing myself (not all in one day, of course...)!
