New Food
First, we have here fried rice filled with okra from our garden, beans, and homemade chapatti.

Then, a meal at PTC: posho and beans, spaghetti noodles, and eggs cooked with vegetables.

Rice, meat, cabbage, potatoes, and cassava from a visit to Christine, the librarian's house.

And finally, paella, Ugandan style: leftover sausage from the pizza, tomatoes, okra from the garden, and saffron. I think something was missing because it wasn't super flavorful, but it wasn't too bad.
