Namely, for Anthony's birthday gift/celebration, we went to a restaurant in Kampala which serves game meat, specifically to order a crocodile tail, which Anthony has dreamed of eating since he heard it was possible! It is more than a meal for two people, so we invited three friends to join us and had a fancy crocodile tail feast together.
It was very tasty, kind of the texture of soft pork and with a flavor similar to fish. Quite the once-in-a-lifetime experience!
