This was definitely a good find. I always like dishes that have firmly cooked tofu, but it seems that whenever I try to fry up tofu, it ends up sticking to the pan all over the place. Now, why didn't I think of cornstarch? Ah, well. At least I found this recipe and I thought it was great. You could easily make it with different vegetables if you prefer them over peppers.

here. Overall, I basically followed it, but I left out the carrots and the red pepper flakes and used only green onions instead of both scallions and shallots.
