Sesame Chicken From Scratch

I don't think the requires too much explanation!

We followed my sister-in-law's recipe as best we could with the ingredients we had.  Since we had an entire chicken, we cooked it in the pressure cooker for 30 minutes (which is awesome and makes for very tender meat), then chopped it all up, removed the bones, and proceeded with the recipe.  Here is Meg's recipe.

Ours looks different partly because the chicken was already cooked and shredded before we egged and breaded it.  Also, we didn't make the sauce separately.  Nor did we have garlic chili paste.  But it was still really good!
