Oven Pancake

My hens have been laying lots of eggs, so I enjoyed making myself an oven pancake the other day while Anthony was gone and I was very impressed with how beautiful it looked.  The good news was that it tasted as good as it looked too!  I made this one with a thinly sliced apple.

2 Tbs. butter
1 apple, sliced
4 eggs
2/3 c. flour
2/3 c. milk
1 Tbs. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Put the butter melt and the apples in the skillet and put them into the oven while it heats up,  In a bowl, mix together the other ingredients.  Once the butter is melted, pour the mixture of everything else into the skillet and bake for 15-20 minutes at somewhere around 400F.
